Rescheduling Policy:
Same day rescheduling: we do not offer.
Appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of service.
Rescheduling must be done at least 48hrs prior to appointment.
You will be charged 30% of service fee if rescheduled between the 24-48hrs window.
Appointments are allowed to be rescheduled twice.
Third reschedule - your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be lost.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancelation Policy:
Same day cancellations will be charged full cost of service.
If appointment is canceled prior to the 48hrs, deposit is forfeited.

Late Policy:
We allow a 10 min grace period for all appointment.
Arrive past your appointment/grace period time, service will be canceled, and will be charged full amount.
